  2. You need 1 1/2 cup of Coconut Flour.
  3. It's 2 tbsp of Chia Seeds.
  4. It's 2 tbsp of Stevia or other sweetener.
  5. It's 2 each of large eggs.
  6. You need 2 tbsp of Honey.
  7. You need 1 1/3 cup of 2% milk.
  8. Prepare 1 1/2 cup of peanut butter.
  9. It's 1 1/2 cup of Trail mix or nuts dried fruit, coconut, your choice!.

  1. Add all dry ingredients together and mix well.
  2. Next add eggs, honey, milk, and peanut butter (or other nut butter if preferred). Mix well..
  3. Finally, stir in the trail mix or nuts, dried fruit, etc. I used trail mix with dates, chocolate pieces, peanuts and cashews..
  4. Spoon approximately 3 tablespoons onto a baking sheet and bake on 325°F for about 8 mins or until bottoms begin to brown..
