Ingredients of Peanut Blossom Cookies

1. Prepare of Butter, softened.
2. Prepare of Granulated sugar.
3. You need of Brown sugar, firmly packed.
4. You need of Peanut butter.
5. Prepare of egg.
6. It's of Vanilla.
7. It's of All-purpose flour.
8. It's of Baking soda.
9. You need of Salt.
10. You need of Granulated or coarse sugar.
11. Prepare of Chocolate kisses (3/4 lb. approx 70 candies).

Peanut Blossom Cookies instructions

1. Pre-heat oven to 350°F..
2. Cream together butter, peanut butter, 1/2 cp sugar and brown sugar..
3. Add in dry ingredients: flour, baking soda, and salt..
4. Roll dough into 1-inch balls. Roll balls in 1/2 cp sugar..
5. Set 1 1/2 inch apart on a baking sheet..
6. Bake at 350°F oven for 8-10 minutes..
7. Press a chocolate kiss into the center of each cookie..
8. Bake for an additional 2-3 minutes. This will allow the chocolate kiss to stick to the cookie..
9. Place cookies on baking rack to cool..
