  2. You need of Unsweetened Apple Sauce.
  3. You need of Reduced Fat Peanut Butter.
  4. Prepare of Vanilla Extract.
  5. You need of Salt.
  6. You need of Ground Cinnamon.
  7. It's of Ground Cloves.
  8. Prepare of Ground Nutmeg.
  9. Prepare of Old Fashioned or Quick Oats Oatmeal.
  10. You need of Semi - Sweet Chocolate Chips.
  11. You need of Crushed Nuts (your choice).
  12. Prepare of Coconut Flakes (optional).

Healthy Peanut Butter Oatmeal Cookies instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Line baking sheet with parchment paper then set aside..
  3. Mix first 8 ingredients in a medium bowl until well blended..
  4. Mix last 3 (4 if using coconut) into the mixture..
  5. Drop 2 tablespoons worth onto the baking sheet keeping 1 to 1 1/2 inch apart..
  6. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes..
  7. Remove from oven and let cool slightly..
  8. Enjoy!.
