  2. Prepare of Confectioners sugar.
  3. It's of Egg.
  4. It's of Flour.
  5. Prepare of Salt.
  6. You need of Cocoa.

Pinwheel Cookies instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl EXCEPT FOR THE COCOA.
  2. Place half of the dough in a 2nd bowl.
  3. Add the cocoa to one of the bowls and mix.
  4. Let both bowls chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  5. Roll out both bowls of dough into 2 sheets.
  6. Place 1 sheet of dough on to the other and roll into a tube. Wrap in plastic wrap and palce it back in to the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
  7. Cut 1/4 inch think cookies and place on a cookie sheet. Bake at 400°F for 8 minutes.
