1. Prepare of flour.
2. You need of bar shaved abuelita chocolate=3/4cup.
3. You need of eggs.
4. You need of sugar.
5. You need of brown sugar.
6. You need of baking powder.
7. It's of salt.
8. You need of cinnamon.
9. Prepare of cocoa powder.
10. Prepare of instant cappuccino mix.
11. Prepare of softened unsalted butter.
12. It's of topping.
13. It's of abuelita chocolate.
14. You need of sugar.
15. You need of cinnamon.

Abuelita Mexican Cookies` instructions

1. preheat oven 350 & parchment line a baking sheet.
2. shave your chocolate bar and strain it to another bowl.reserve 4tbs for topping of cookie..
3. add flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, cocoa, & cappuccino mix to abuelita chocolate set aside..
4. add softened butter & sugars together cream well about 2minutes till fluffy, add in vanilla & 1 egg at a time.Now incorporate flour mixture mix well. scoop with cookie scooper to baking pan.I press a little with 2 fingers gently..
5. mix toppings together sprinkle on cookies bake 13-14 minutes enjoy!.
