- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Cream shortning and sugars together.
- Add eggs and vanilla, mix well..
- Blend in remaining ingredients.
- Lightly grease or use cooking spray on cookie sheets. (3 or 4).
- Drop by teaspoonful onto prepared cookie sheets and bake for 10-12 minutes. Cool before removing from cookie sheets..
