Ingredients of Hazelnut Love cookies

1. Prepare of granulated sugar.
2. Prepare of hazelnuts.
3. Prepare of unsweetened cocoa powder.
4. Prepare of all-purpose flour.
5. It's of unsalted butter.
6. It's of rhum.

Hazelnut Love cookies step by step

1. Put hazelnuts and sugar in the mixer until you obtain a flour.
2. Mix flour and cocoa powder in a large bowl.
3. Add the sugar and hazelnuts mix.
4. Add softened butter.
5. Knead everything together, wrap it with cellophane and let it rest for 1 hour in the fridge.
6. Cut the dough into the preferred shape and bake at 180°C for 10 minutes.
