Ingredients of Simple Chocolate Cake

  1. It's 2 cup of Granulated Sugar.
  2. Prepare 1 3/4 cup of All purpose flour.
  3. It's 3/4 cup of Cocoa Powder.
  4. Prepare 1 1/2 tsp of Baking soda.
  5. Prepare 1 1/2 tsp of Baking powder.
  6. You need 1 tbsp of butter.
  7. Prepare 1 cup of Milk.
  8. Prepare 1/2 cup of Vegetable oil.
  9. It's 4 large of Eggs.
  10. Prepare 1 cup of hot water.
  11. It's 2 tsp of Vanilla Extract.
  12. You need 1 large of Mixing bowl.
  13. It's 1 of Wooden spoon.

Simple Chocolate Cake step by step

  1. Preheat Oven to 150c.
  2. Mix Sugar,Flour,Salt,Cocoa powder,Baking powder,Baking soda. in mixing bowl with wooden spoon until fine.
  3. Add eggs to mixture.
  4. Add Milk.
  5. Add vegetable oil.
  6. Mix until cake batter forms..
  7. Use Cake mixer.
  8. Add Vanilla extract.
  9. Add Butter.
  10. Add hot water.
  11. Allow to mix in cake mixer for 2 or 3 mins for fine mixture..
  12. Pour Batter into Greased cake pan.
  13. Allow to sit in oven for 45mins at 150c or 30mins at 200c.
  14. To check if cake ready. insert toothpick or knife in the middle and remove. if it comes out clean, without batter stains, cake is ready.
  15. Remove cake and allow to cool..
