Simple Eggless chocolate cake instructions

1. In a bowl combine the dry ingredients ie flour,sugar,salt,baking soda and cocoa powder plus the instant coffee..
2. In another separate bowl combine the wet ingredients I.e. vanilla,vinegar,water and oil.
3. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients in intervals 3 times. Folding in and mixing till it's well combined.
4. Pour in a baking tin and bake at 180 degrees for 35 minutes..
