  15. Prepare 1/3 cup of Strawberry preserve strawberries or chopped fresh . ....
  16. You need 3/4 cup of Whipping cream . ....
  17. You need drops of Few red color ..

  19. Prepare of . Bowls , Sieve , Electric beater , offset spatula , spoons and sprinkled of your choice.

Coffee Chocolate cake instructions

  1. For the cake-.
  2. Pre heat oven to 180C..
  3. Beat Sugar and butter until fluffy..
  4. Beat it one egg at a time..
  5. Sieve flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cocoa..
  6. Add coffee..
  7. Alternate between dry ingredients and butter milk and beat everything well..
  8. Fold in the white chocolate..
  9. Divide the mixture in 2 lined tins..
  10. Bake for 25-30 min or until it is springy to touch or skewer comes out clean..
  11. Let them cool completely on a wire rack..
  12. For the filling:.
  13. Beat the icing sugar, butter until nice and fluffy..
  14. Add the color..
  15. Mix in the preserve/fresh strawberries..
  16. Set Aside until further use..
  17. For the frosting:.
  18. Mix the cream and red color to get a nice pink tinge..
  19. Beat it for 3-4 min or until stiff peaks form..
  20. Keep in fridge..
  21. To assemble:.
  22. On  a cake base, smear some filling and put one of the cakes on it. This shall act like a glue..
  23. Now apply the filling generously on the top only..
  24. Put the 2nd cake carefully on top and press lightly..
  25. Now apply a thin layer of frosting on the cake and keep it in the fridge for 20 min..
  26. Apply another coat of the frosting..
  27. Now decorate it as you like :).
