- Now add egg yolk and continue beating add oil and vanila assence.
- Now add dry mixture and fold gentely mix it and add coffee in 1/4cup of hot water andmix in cake batter.
- Now prepare 9 inch muld and pore the cake batter in it and bake in pre heated wassle or patili fir 35 minutes.
- When sponge i s ready. cut it into three lyers and. Apply sugar syrup or cherry syrup on all three lyers now icing it with whipped cream and decorate with chocolate and cherries.
