  4. Prepare of eggs.

  6. Prepare of candy toppings (M&M's, toffee bits, reeses pieces, etc.).

Chocolate chip cheesecake squares step by step

  1. preheat oven to 350°F. line foil lasagna pan with parchment paper so it overhangs on the short ends..
  2. press 1 roll of cookie dough on the bottom of the pan. Covering the parchment paper.

As with all of my cheesecake recipes, this one uses a small amount of sour cream to really bring out the full flavor in these bars. Chocolate chip cookie + cheesecake = chocolate chip cheesecake bars! Why choose one when you can have both?! Bonus: these cheesecake bars are ready in about half the time as regular cheesecake. Cheesecake is a big deal in my house.
